📋 Description

• Guide the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts • Coordinate Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS teams for safe, effective, and timely outage execution • Manage customer relationships and communication strategy • Identify GE Vernova products and services that provide value to customers • Facilitate resolution of emergent and forced outage matters • Manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks • Oversee project deliverables, contract administration, and financial performance against agreed KPIs • Maintain transparency and trust with customers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience) • Demonstrated experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery • Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations • Ability to build consensus and influence within highly matrixed, fast-paced environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster long-term partnerships • Collaborative approach to leading programs and projects • Interest in AI tools or new technologies is highly regarded • Ability to analyze complex data and resolve problems through team-based effort • Availability to monitor, read, and respond to contact outside normal working hours
