📋 Description

• Manage PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and PO approval processes (PMX & Oracla Alpha) • Govern the Claims Review Board, including purchase order cancellations and vendor chargeback maintenance • Lead initiatives to reduce NVA activities and drive standard work across the Sourcing Services team • Act as the gatekeeper for sourcing QMS compliance • Ensure DOA, price approvals, segregation of duties, competitive bidding policy adherence, supplier onboarding compliance, and other sourcing policy adherence • Work with sourcing team leaders on sourcing KPIs for Product, Project, and Repairs teams • Support data analytics and remove operational roadblocks to execute targets • Update and maintain standard costs • Serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Communicate complex messages and influence stakeholders • Support colleagues with less experience • Use technical experience and data analysis to support recommendations and solve moderately complex problems • Lead and execute initiatives driven by business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sourcing and Sourcing Management, preferably direct sourcing • B.E./B.Tech/MBA from an accredited university or college, or a related field • 9+ years of experience • High financial acumen and systems thinking • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Working knowledge of sourcing procure-to-pay processes and experience managing sourcing initiatives and operations • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills • Cross-functional experience and ability to work in a matrix environment • International team experience • Aptitude with analytical tools such as Excel and Access, including data mining, pivot tables, and data manipulation • Ability to perform scenario analysis and strategy development • Familiarity with ERP, Oracle systems, PowerMax, and/or other purchasing systems • Proactive self-starter and change agent • Ability to work under stress
