📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for substation equipment, materials, and specialized services • Lead supplier and contractor management activities, including qualification support, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and competitiveness improvement initiatives • Conduct RFQs, evaluate proposals, lead commercial and contractual negotiations, and recommend sourcing decisions based on business requirements and Total Cost of Ownership principles • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing processes, category governance, supplier performance, compliance, quality, and EHS requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or a related field • Solid experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Commodity Management, or Services Procurement • Proven experience purchasing equipment and materials for electrical substations and contracting specialized substation services • Strong experience with category strategy development, supplier and contractor management, commercial negotiations, and application of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodology • Advanced English • Advanced Spanish • Availability to travel as required • Current residence in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela
