âą Own the Talent Management technology roadmap and enable solutions supporting GE Vernova talent strategies. âą Serve as product owner for Workday Talent capabilities, including Performance, Skills, Career Development, Succession, Talent Pools, and related solutions. âą Partner with the Talent COE to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and process improvements. âą Provide strategic direction and business requirements to the AMS provider. âą Review, challenge, and approve AMS solution recommendations for alignment with business objectives, user experience, scalability, and governance standards. âą Lead system enhancements, release evaluations, testing, deployment, and change management activities. âą Drive initiatives involving skills transformation, career mobility, performance management, and early career programs. âą Ensure data integrity, reporting effectiveness, and operational excellence across Talent Management processes. âą Partner with vendors and HR Technology teams to optimize system capabilities and user experience. âą Lead continuous improvement through automation, AI, Lean methodologies, and process simplification. âą Act as senior advisor and escalation point for complex Talent Management technology issues.
âą Significant experience in HR Technology, preferably supporting Talent Management processes and systems. âą Strong expertise in Workday Talent, Performance, Skills, Succession, and Career solutions. âą Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver technology-enabled business outcomes. âą Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills. âą Experience working in complex, global organizations. âą Bachelor or Master in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage, but professional experience and concrete achievements are prioritized. âą Strategic thinker with a product mindset and strong customer focus. âą Passion for Talent Management, workforce development, and digital innovation. âą Ability to balance operational excellence with long-term transformation. âą Collaborative, influential, and comfortable working across global teams.
