📋 Description

• Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. • Ensure that projects and products meet specified standards (Preventive). • Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. • Standardize processes, tools and performance management system. • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) in the USA • significant experience in the Quality & Business Process Management for roles outside of the USA • ISO experience is required • International Travel required (approx. 50%) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • IATF 16949 experience preferred
