📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of our Agile delivery model • Act as a hands-on mentor for all Scrum Masters • Use data to identify delivery friction points • Ensure teams are operating with a clear focus on value delivery • Foster an environment of psychological safety

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery • At least 5 years in a Senior Agile leadership role • Proven "Coach of Coaches" experience • Deep Agile Expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS or Spotify model • Industrial/Complex Systems Experience • Metric-Driven Delivery • Strong Stakeholder Management • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices • Understanding of cybersecurity architecture and secure software design
