📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day execution of SAP MM/PP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and scope • Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of SAP MM/PP components, including MRP, BOMs, and Inventory Management • Translate operational needs into technical specifications for the development team • Support data mapping, system testing, and cutover activities during ERP migration projects • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP and peripheral manufacturing systems such as PLM and Shop Floor systems • Lead functional unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Maintain functional documentation, training materials, and project status reports • Provide first-line support for functional roadblocks and escalate complex architectural issues to the Technical Product Manager • Bridge business requirements and technical execution for SAP MM/PP solutions integrated with Quality and warehouse management across Power business manufacturing sites • Collaborate with the Process Excellence Team, Program Manager, Director, business users, and consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering • Extensive professional IT experience focused on SAP ERP implementations • Hands-on proficiency in configuring, functionally designing, and maintaining SAP MM/PP modules • Participation in at least three full-cycle SAP ERP implementations from requirements gathering through go-live • Strong understanding of Plan-to-Produce (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes • Working knowledge of MM/PP integration with FICO, SD, or Project Systems (PS) • Ability to communicate technical constraints clearly to non-technical business stakeholders • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict project deadlines • Proactive risk identification and mitigation planning • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional integration teams and support knowledge sharing
