📋 Description

• Develop ZeroLayer components • Implement features and fixes in the ZeroLayer HTTP Router, including shard map lookup, authentication via Azure AD and propagation of correlation IDs • Integrate Azure Event Hubs with the ZeroLayer Kafka Router, implementing consumer groups per cell, idempotency and event traceability • Develop the data access layer for ZeroLayer Data with sharding on Azure SQL and Cosmos DB • Contribute to Control Plane APIs to read shard maps and register tenants • Integrate services with Azure Key Vault for secrets and credential management • Design and implement unit and integration tests • Perform code reviews and review schema migrations using Flyway or Liquibase • Provide effort estimates and participate in technical refinements • Implement queries and access patterns for Azure SQL, model collections in Cosmos DB and implement caching with Azure Cache for Redis • Operate the deployment flow via ArgoCD and configure health checks, readiness probes and graceful shutdown on AKS • Build and version container images for Azure Container Registry • Instrument services with structured logs, metrics and correlation IDs in Datadog • Use Datadog APM to investigate production behavior and support incident resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Mid/Senior level professional • Experience with Java, Go or Kotlin in production services • Knowledge of modeling, queries and schema migrations in Azure SQL • Knowledge of Cosmos DB data modeling with partitioning aligned to access patterns • Experience integrating with Azure Event Hubs or Service Bus as consumer/producer • Understanding of caching strategies with Azure Cache for Redis • Knowledge of Azure Key Vault for application secrets and credential management • Knowledge of AKS, including runtime, health checks and pod lifecycle • Knowledge of application deployment flow with ArgoCD using a GitOps model • Practice in development with automated unit and integration tests • Familiarity with Cell-Based Architecture or production multi-tenant systems is desirable • Knowledge of AWS as a map/reference: RDS, DynamoDB, SQS or ElastiCache is desirable • Knowledge of Datadog for APM instrumentation and production trace investigation is desirable • Knowledge of Go for high-performance routing services is desirable • Experience with code review in backend teams is desirable • Problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage own time • Interest in handling challenging and innovative technological situations
