📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance data pipelines; • Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data; • Implement ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance; • Develop solutions for batch and streaming data processing; • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to meet business needs; • Participate in technical decisions related to data architecture, platform standards, and tools; • Monitor and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering within distributed environments; • Knowledge of and experience with Apache Spark and Scala; • Experience with AWS services, including Glue, S3, EMR, Athena, Redshift, and related services; • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and building data pipelines; • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; • Experience with batch and streaming data processing; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in teams and agile environments; • Preferred: Experience with Apache Kafka or Amazon MSK; • Preferred: Experience working on legacy system modernization and migration projects; • Preferred: Knowledge of Delta Lake, Apache Hudi, or Apache Iceberg; • Preferred: Experience with data CI/CD tools, such as dbt, Airflow, and Terraform; • Preferred: Experience with Data Lake and Data Lakehouse architectures.
