📋 Description

• Work closely with the Product Owner for the Data Warehouse (DW) environment • Identify, analyze, and document business needs related to data, analytics, and platform evolution • Gather and elaborate requirements • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams • Break down requirements into User Stories and define acceptance criteria • Map data and transformation rules • Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements • Support the refinement and prioritization of requirements with the Product Owner • Prepare functional and technical specifications for new features and enhancements • Map data flows, business rules, and transformations within the analytics environment • Lead refinement sessions with technical teams and stakeholders • Support the execution and validation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Ensure a shared understanding of requirements across business, product, and technology teams • Monitor solution development and ensure alignment with defined requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role • Experience gathering and managing business requirements • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience writing User Stories and acceptance criteria • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with diverse stakeholders • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Preferred: experience with Data Warehouse, BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering projects • Preferred: basic knowledge of data modeling • Preferred: familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts • Preferred: experience working in Cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Preferred: knowledge of data governance and data quality processes • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Clear and concise communication • Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology teams • Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership • Collaboration and teamwork • Understanding of fundamental data and analytics concepts
