📋 Description

• Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses on complex datasets • Develop statistical, econometric, and time series models • Design and implement analytical pipelines in Python within the Databricks/Lakehouse ecosystem • Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports for different stakeholder levels • Translate business problems into quantitative models and interpret results for leadership • Ensure data quality, methodological consistency, and data governance • Serve as a technical reference for analytical best practices • Lead advanced analyses and support leadership in defining business direction • Turn data into actionable insights, predictive and explanatory models, time series analyses, and high-impact visualizations • Contribute to the development of data products that support strategic decision-making and drive outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields • Strong foundation in probability, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, and distributions • Proven experience with regressions (linear, logistic, multivariate) and time series models (ARIMA, Prophet, or similar) • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling • Experience working with large volumes of data and Data Lake/Lakehouse environments • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences • Preferred: Previous experience with Databricks • Preferred: Experience in large companies or high-complexity analytical environments • Preferred: Knowledge of data visualization and building executive dashboards
