📋 Description

• Assist with implementing AI agents that combine retrieval, structured reasoning, and the safe execution of actions, following security protocols and guidelines. • Contribute to evaluation frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and prompt testing for open-source and foundation LLMs. • Support connecting agents to observability, incident management, and deployment systems. • Assist with diagnostic scripts and remediation runbooks under supervision. • Work with senior engineers to turn documented production pain points into well-defined, testable engineering tasks. • Implement validation checks, deterministic fallbacks, and rollback logic as defined by senior engineers. • Support continuous evaluation instrumentation. • Assist with prompt engineering, caching, and batching improvements under guidance to meet defined SLOs.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB). • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (Python, C/C++, Go, Java), with hands-on Python experience preferred. • Experience contributing to production ML systems (deployment/serving, evaluation, monitoring, data pipelines, and fine-tuning workflows) under senior guidance. • Foundational exposure to LLM API integration, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts. • Basic awareness of commercial and open-source LLMs and their capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, Claude). • Strong foundation in applied statistics, core ML concepts, algorithms, and data structures. • Advanced/Fluent English. • Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation). • Growing familiarity with tool-using agents.
