📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures in production • Develop Context Engineering solutions for long-running sessions • Build and evolve orchestration, traceability, and governance harnesses for agents • Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools exposed for agent consumption • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including ingestion, indexing, embeddings, and semantic search • Build and maintain versioned skills and knowledge bases • Develop APIs, parsers, and source-code processing pipelines • Create observability, metrics, and quality mechanisms for AI solutions • Integrate AI agents into the software development, testing, and validation lifecycle • Participate in defining and evolving the platform architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures in production • Advanced knowledge of Context Engineering and Harness Engineering • Experience developing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers • Proven experience building RAG solutions in production • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, Chroma, or similar) • Advanced Python skills for API, parser, and pipeline development • Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude SDK, or equivalent technologies • Knowledge of version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability • Experience with REST APIs • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS • Ability to evaluate and define strategies involving MCP, RAG, and Skills according to the solution context • Preferred: Experience with PowerBuilder and/or Sybase ASE • Knowledge of AutoIt and desktop interface automation • Experience modernizing or migrating legacy systems • Knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j or Amazon Neptune • Experience with the Claude API and Anthropic SDK • Experience with metrics and observability for AI pipelines • Participation in AI projects in production • Knowledge of SpecDev, B.MAD, or equivalent agent-driven development methodologies • Hands-on mindset and strong execution skills • Autonomy to turn architectural direction into concrete deliverables • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach • Ability to prioritize based on impact and technical ROI • Strong communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders • Ongoing interest in innovation, AI, agents, and software architecture • Pragmatic mindset focused on building simple, scalable, and efficient solutions
