📋 Description

• Lead a dedicated cell responsible for the full lifecycle of new features using AI agents • Analyze and refine high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures • Design, develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows • Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients • Build, maintain, and scale backend and frontend components for AI solutions • Implement comprehensive automated testing for AI outputs • Manage CI/CD pipelines to support high-velocity, low-risk deployments • Research and propose tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve productivity and product performance • Build underlying infrastructure, deploy solutions, and monitor them

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English is non-negotiable • Significant experience in professional software development • Full-stack proficiency in backend development with Python, Node.js, or Go • Full-stack proficiency in frontend development with React or Next.js • Database design experience • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions or GitLab CI • Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Expertise in automated Unit, Integration, and E2E testing applied to non-deterministic AI outputs • Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and multi-agent systems (MAS) • Proven experience with agentic frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, or Codex • Comfort leading in a fast-paced, iterative Agile environment • Seasoned engineering experience and understanding of AI-agent pipelines
