📋 Description

• Build software using an AI-native approach, directing agents and LLMs from specifications while maintaining full technical accountability for the outcome • Specify, orchestrate, review, and take ownership of generated code • Lead the Spec-Driven Development lifecycle, transforming requirements into executable specifications and context artifacts • Calibrate AI’s progressive autonomy according to risk and context maturity • Participate in the Enhanced Pull Request process, reviewing syntax, intent, acceptance criteria, technical decisions, and functional impact • Contribute to the knowledge layer and reusable contexts, including skills, patterns, architectural decisions, and connectors/MCPs • Apply sound architecture and engineering practices in monolithic and/or distributed systems • Contribute to automated testing, quality and cost observability for AI output, and practices that reduce rework and technical debt • Work in value-driven, collaborative teams using agile methodologies, code reviews, pair programming, and mob programming • Share learnings and receive mentorship from more experienced professionals

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience • Strong command of Python • Proven ability to work across other technologies with the support of AI • Full-stack experience is a plus • Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development: writing unambiguous specifications, breaking plans into verifiable steps, and defining acceptance criteria • LLM Context Engineering: instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection, and context-window management • Responsible use of Generative AI and agentic tools in software development • Critical reading, evaluation, validation, and correction of AI-generated and third-party code • Ability to write high-quality, organized, and testable code • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and/or sound design principles • Experience with unit and/or integration testing • Use of Git for version control and collaboration through Pull Requests • Experience with SQL databases and data-modeling fundamentals • Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or XP) • Nice to have: agent and MCP/connector orchestration • Nice to have: AI-output evaluation and observability, model-agnostic architectures, distributed architectures, microservices, messaging, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, LlamaIndex, LangChain, RAG, Tools, MCP, Streamlit, asynchronous/parallel/queue-based processes, Pandas, n8n, SAP HANA automation, GCP, and Azure DevOps • Clear writing and specification skills • Critical thinking and technical skepticism • Comfort with ambiguity and delegation • Autonomy and accountability • Clear communication of requirements, technical decisions, and trade-offs • Collaboration, adaptability, and commitment to the success of the product and team
