📋 Description

• Produce software in an AI-native way, directing agents and LLMs from specifications and taking technical ownership of the outcome • Specify, orchestrate, review and take responsibility for the code produced • Drive the Spec-Driven Development cycle, turning requirements into executable specifications and contextual artifacts • Calibrate AI autonomy according to the risk and maturity of the context • Participate in the Augmented Pull Request process, reviewing syntax, intent, acceptance criteria, technical decisions and functional impact • Develop skills, patterns, architectural decisions, connectors and MCPs to make agents consistent and reliable • Apply sound architecture and engineering practices to monolithic and/or distributed systems • Deliver clean, testable and maintainable code, focused on business value • Contribute automated tests and observability for the quality and cost of AI outputs • Reduce rework and technical debt • Work in collaborative, value-driven teams using agile methodologies, code review, pair programming and mob programming • Share learnings and receive mentorship from more experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience • Strong proficiency in at least one of the stacks (.NET or React) • Proven ability to work across other stacks with AI assistance • Competence in Spec-Driven Development, including writing unambiguous specifications, verifiable plans and acceptance criteria • Experience in LLM Context Engineering • Responsible use of generative and agentive AI tools in development • Ability to evaluate, validate and correct code generated by AI or third parties • Strong object-oriented design skills and/or sound design principles • Practical experience with unit and/or integration testing • Use of Git and collaboration via Pull Requests • Experience with SQL databases and fundamentals of data modeling • Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban or XP • Clarity in writing and specification • Critical thinking and technical skepticism • Comfort with ambiguity and delegation • Autonomy and accountability • Clear communication about requirements, technical decisions and trade-offs • Collaboration, respect for the team and adaptability • Genuine interest in the success of the product and the team • Pluses: agent orchestration and MCPs/connectors; AI metrics and observability; distributed architectures, microservices or messaging; CI/CD; Docker or Kubernetes; Python
