📋 Description

• Map and document processes, services, and products. • Conduct interviews and meetings with business and technology stakeholders. • Structure and organize service and product catalogs. • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement. • Develop process flows, functional documentation, and executive-level materials. • Support the definition of standards, responsibilities, and management criteria. • Apply ITIL 4 best practices to process structuring and governance. • Participate in meetings and prepare materials in English. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement. • Support initiatives focused on organizing and advancing service management.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Process Analyst. • Experience with process mapping, analysis, and documentation. • Practical experience developing and managing service and/or product catalogs. • Practical knowledge of ITIL 4 or later versions. • Active ITIL 4 certification. • Experience with process modeling. • Proficiency with tools such as Bizagi, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms. • Advanced English proficiency for participating in meetings and preparing materials. • Knowledge of Service Management practices and General Management Practices. • Preferred: experience with ITSM (IT Service Management), technology environments, digital transformation projects, large-scale environments, and digital products.
