📋 Description

• Plan multichannel media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok, connecting messaging, audiences, funnel stages, and business objectives • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns independently • Ensure investment efficiency and continuous improvement of performance metrics • Measure results and translate data into actionable insights on MQLs, OPPs, NMRR, ARPA, CAC, and ROAS • Ensure the quality of media setups, including tags, UTMs, events, conversions, and integrations • Ensure data traceability and reliability • Lead audience, creative, and format testing • Document learnings and collaborate with PMM, Creative, Audiences, Data, and Growth teams • Serve as a technical and strategic point of reference, anticipating needs and turning media results into business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field • Solid experience in paid media • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels • Experience working in complex or multi-brand operations • Experience managing budgets, performance targets, and funnel tracking from awareness through conversion • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or equivalent measurement and data visualization tools • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present results • Preferred: experience with Conversion APIs, Offline Conversions, CDPs, or Data Lakes • Preferred: knowledge of attribution models and lift testing • Preferred: experience with SA360, DV360, or CM360 • Preferred: knowledge of Jira, Asana, Monday, Notion, and CRM integrations such as RD Station • Preferred: certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Analytics, or Tag Manager
