📋 Description

• Map and document processes, services, and products. • Conduct interviews and meetings with business and technology stakeholders. • Structure and organize service and product catalogs. • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities. • Develop process flows, functional documentation, and executive materials. • Support the definition of standards, responsibilities, and management criteria. • Apply ITIL 4 best practices to process structure and governance. • Participate in meetings and prepare materials in English. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement. • Support initiatives to organize and enhance service management.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Process Analyst. • Experience in process mapping, analysis, and documentation. • Experience developing and managing service and/or product catalogs. • Practical knowledge of ITIL 4 or later versions. • Active ITIL 4 certification. • Experience with process modeling. • Proficiency with tools such as Bizagi, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms. • Advanced English proficiency for participating in meetings and preparing materials. • Knowledge of Service Management practices and General Management Practices. • Experience in ITSM (IT Service Management). • Experience working in technology environments. • Experience with digital transformation projects. • Experience working in high-scale environments. • Experience with digital products.
