📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to development best practices and governance. • Develop and customize applications using native platform capabilities, including App Engine, CSM, Flow Designer, and automation components. • Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Participate in gathering and detailing technical and functional requirements with business units and multidisciplinary teams. • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, catalog items, and other platform components. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve medium- and high-complexity incidents and problems. • Ensure delivery quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews. • Use GitHub for code version control and Jira for activity management and tracking. • Support continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and optimization of the platform user experience. • Collaborate with senior developers, Technical Leads, and architects in defining and implementing technical solutions. • Estimate development effort and support the team in delivery planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development (minimum 4 years). • Knowledge of JavaScript and the main ServiceNow development components. • Experience with App Engine and Customer Service Management (CSM). • Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations and microservices. • Knowledge of data modeling and SQL commands. • Experience using GitHub for code version control. • Knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). • Ability to analyze requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions. • Experience investigating and resolving medium-complexity technical issues. • Strong communication skills; collaborative, organized, and able to work effectively in a team. • Knowledge of integration architecture. • Preferred: experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules. • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. • Preferred: experience in digital transformation and process automation projects. • Preferred: familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
