📋 Description

• Develop applications in ServiceNow using the AppEngine, CSM, and other modules. • Ensure high-quality, high-performance deliveries that align with business needs. • Collaborate with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Architect to understand requirements and define solutions. • Integrate systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and microservices, ensuring interoperability. • Ensure that the developed solution meets the identified functional and non-functional requirements. • Understand the business in order to connect technical solutions with project requirements. • Estimate effort for requests and product backlog items. • Identify technical risks. • Deploy software packages to development, testing, and production environments. • Ensure the proper documentation of services and publish this documentation in the appropriate tools so it is accessible to everyone.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including configuration, customization, and integrations in the AppEngine and CSM modules using Client Scripts, Script Includes, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, and Record Producers. • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and microservices integrations. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban). • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are a plus.
