📋 Description
• Engage and Convert prospects into interested candidates • Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews • Assess, qualify, and disqualify applicants • Develop and maintain networks • Attend and represent the company at recruiting events • Manage the full cycle recruitment • Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions
🎯 Requirements
• 2 + years of experience as a Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment • Ability to relate to a diverse range of people • Excellent communication skills with a client/nurse-centered approach • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team • Efficient time management skills • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and pressure • A goal-oriented mindset • Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook with knowledge of marketing strategies • Proven experience managing a full desk
