📋 Description

• Identify and secure clients’ recruitment projects • Manage recruitment processes, including drafting and publishing job advertisements and conducting interviews • Source, assess, and retain a pool of qualified talent • Proactively present candidate CVs to clients and prospects • Monitor assignments, onboarding, and client satisfaction • Manage and track training records and certifications/authorizations • Advise candidates in their search for assignments • Identify qualified talent for technical projects in the nuclear, construction, engineering, and electrical sectors

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or within a staffing agency • Nuclear industry knowledge is essential • Strong customer-service orientation, responsiveness, and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities • Interest in technical and operational roles • Available for a permanent, 37-hour-per-week position with supervisory status
