• 3-5 years of Director of Sales experience in a regional role overseeing a Select Service portfolio • Success in leading a high performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales performance • Experience leading a team of 8+ salespeople in a remote environment • Proficiency using a CRM and analyzing data to evaluate sales performance • Expertise in hiring and onboarding sales associates • Persuasive communication and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrates a deep commitment to company culture and caring for its employees and clients • Effective presentation skills • Ability to work at a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended periods • Reside in the United States.
