📋 Description

• Support transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments • Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making • Contribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps • Support operational strategy and optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations • Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes • Develop client deliverables and support workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, delivering transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments • University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field • Understanding of operational processes, continuous improvement methodologies and transformation initiatives in industrial environments • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders • Fluent German and English language skills • Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
