📋 Description

• Drive the further development of our Financial Services sector focus (banking and insurance) • Develop business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, customer centricity, and other innovations (e.g., blockchain, sustainable finance/insurance) • Support the development and implementation of holistic strategies and their supporting processes (procurement, finance, marketing, sales, etc.) • Analyze and optimize organizational structures and governance processes • Design and implement management instruments and systems • Manage projects and programs using traditional and agile methods • Expand the client and service portfolio in the Financial Services area

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Affinity for digitalization and information technology • Excellent university degree (Master, MBA, PhD) • At least two years of professional experience in a consulting context for Financial Services (banking, insurance, etc.) • Strategic mindset • Strong understanding of core commercial/business processes • Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools • Ideally project management (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) • Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to take responsibility • Willingness to travel as typically required for consulting roles • Business-fluent German and English
