📋 Description

• Share responsibility for the financial performance of regional entities • Support companies with reporting, budgeting, and preparation of annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS) • Contribute to acquisition and deal-related projects involving loan portfolios, real estate, or corporate transactions (M&A) • Support budget planning, governance processes, and audits across the region • Expand expertise in finance and project management to prepare for future leadership roles • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Controlling, Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or Private Equity-related environments • Confident user of Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) • Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+) • Analytical, communicative, and motivated mindset
