📋 Description

• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping for real-estate-related partnerships and corporations for our internal and external clients • Maintenance of fixed assets and general ledger accounts • Accounts payable and execution of payment transactions • Bank accounting • Receipt, analysis and control of data from property-level accounting • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) • Onboarding of new client companies and their service providers • Point of contact for clients, auditors and tax advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally with further qualification as an Accountant, Financial Accountant, Certified Balance Sheet Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), Tax Clerk, Accounting Specialist, or Business Administrator with a focus on accounting • Solid accounting knowledge in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) • SAP knowledge (e.g., SAP FI and S/4HANA) is an advantage • Good MS Office skills, especially Word & Excel • Team player with an independent working style • Career changers are also warmly welcome!
