📋 Description
• Review, sorting and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing invoices • Maintenance of accounting-related data and preparation for financial accounting • Management and reconciliation of open items (accounts receivable/payable) • Participation in monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the tax advisor • Support for internal and external reporting as well as communication with specialist departments and partners
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in finance or commercial training (e.g., tax specialist) • 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or a comparable role • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally accounting software such as DATEV or Lexware • Native-level German, conversational English • Structured, reliable and discreet way of working with team spirit
