📋 Description
• Review and allocation of incoming invoices • Preparation of outgoing invoices and cost control • Travel expense reporting and time tracking verification • Optimization of existing billing and controlling processes
🎯 Requirements
• Successfully completed commercial/administrative vocational training • Experience in financial accounting or in an agency environment • Fluent German language skills • Good command of English • Confident user of MS Office and digital tools
