📋 Description

• Share responsibility for the financial performance of regional entities • Support companies in reporting, budgeting and annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS) • Participate in acquisition and deal-related projects involving loan portfolios, real estate or corporate transactions (M&A) • Support budget planning, governance processes and audits across the region • Develop broader expertise in finance and project management to prepare for future leadership roles • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive operational and financial improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field • Strong background in Finance, Controlling or Transaction Services • Experience in financial reporting, performance analysis or M&A-related topics • Confident user of Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) • Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+) • Analytical, communicative and motivated mindset
