• Join us and celebrate the beauty of human experience. • Create for happier, healthier lives, with love for nature. • Together, with our customers, we deliver food innovations, craft inspired fragrances and develop beauty and wellbeing solutions. • Reporting to the Director of Sales, Functional Ingredients, NOAM, you will grow your accounts through top and bottom lines and by generating a broad base of new business opportunities. • Givaudan Functional Ingredients brings the highest quality ingredients from the Givaudan Naturex product line. • Cultivate customer relationships with important decision-makers and senior-level management, positioning us as a preferred supplier and ensuring we are positioned to participate in RFPs, briefs and on core supplier lists. • Lead and influence strategic account planning. • Manage brief pipeline to achieve growth plans. • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements following company guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Management, Marketing or Food Science. • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industries. • Experience incorporating comprehensive knowledge and analysis in presentations. • Understanding of the ingredient industry, including consumer and industry trends. • Knowledge of customer strategies, programs, commercial needs and product launch processes and competitor activity.
