📋 Description

• Lead new Version2.ai customers in preparation for the launch of their autonomous fundraiser. • Prepare and manage project deliverables using Trello. • Provide expert consultative services in data integration and client onboarding. • Engage clients to complete onboarding and achieve time-to-value. • Collaborate with internal teams and effectively communicate technical explanations. • Drive education and adoption for a world-class onboarding experience. • Contribute to growth with robust documentation and process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Advancement Database Systems such as Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud, Salesforce, and Ellucian. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven project management skills.
