β€’ Lead new Version2.ai customers in preparation for the launch of their autonomous fundraiser. β€’ Prepare and manage project deliverables using Trello. β€’ Provide expert consultative services in data integration and client onboarding. β€’ Engage clients to complete onboarding and achieve time-to-value. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams and effectively communicate technical explanations. β€’ Drive education and adoption for a world-class onboarding experience. β€’ Contribute to growth with robust documentation and process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Expertise in Advancement Database Systems such as Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud, Salesforce, and Ellucian. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Proven project management skills.
