📋 Description

• Analyze and monitor the restaurants' operational routines, anticipate potential issues, and propose continuous improvements; • Work directly on the standardization and protection of the Spoleto brand; • Serve as support for restaurants, franchisees, and their teams, building a solid and reliable partnership; • Ensure and help maintain the brand's quality and service processes; • Perform analyses of operational and financial indicators to drive improvements for both franchisees and the network.

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in São Paulo; • Availability to travel (by car and by air); • Availability for initial training outside the region of residence; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Experience in customer service and sales; • Proactive, agile, solution-oriented, dynamic, committed, engaged, and possess strong interpersonal skills; • No specific higher education degree required.
