• Building and refining animatics from storyboards into dynamic narrative sequences, shaping timing, flow, and shot continuity. • Overseeing editorial process from animatic to final delivery. • Multi-tasking and juggling multiple episodes at the same time. • Inserting temp and final dialogue, temp sound effects, and temp music to bring together rhythm, comedic timing, and emotional pacing. • Work closely with Showrunners to explore and implement revisions that improve story structure, pacing, and overall narrative clarity. • Maintaining continuity and visual flow across all sequences and episodes. • Communicating with Production, Editorial team, and Post team to coordinate file updates and timing changes. • Working closely with Production to track deliverables and meet deadlines. • Organizing and maintaining editorial databases and file structures. • Any other reasonable tasks to assist the editorial team and the smooth running of production. • Any other duties or responsibilities reasonably required by the Company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Animatic Editor/Editor • Strong understanding of story structure, comedic timing, and cinematic language. • High degree of proficiency in Adobe Premiere • Familiarity with importing, exporting, and managing materials for editorial • Self-motivated team player who can thrive in team environments as well as work independently • A can do attitude where no task is too big or too small. • Close attention to detail and commitment to high quality work • Knowledge of AVID Media Composer, After Effects, Toonboom Storyboard Pro, Autodesk Shotgrid.
