📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation. • Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and technical communities. • Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for the roles. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and team dynamics of open positions. • Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment metrics to track the hiring process. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment. • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape in technical recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically in technical roles. • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and job requirements in IT and engineering. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions. • Willing to work remotely • Willing to work US PST hours from Monday to Friday
