• Draft, review, and redline contracts including BAAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and provider/payer agreements under attorney supervision • Maintain contract lifecycle tracking: intake, version control, signature workflows, renewal calendars, and expiration alerts • Conduct legal and regulatory research on US healthcare matters (HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, state licensure, payer regulations) and summarize findings into actionable memos • Manage corporate records, entity filings, and state registrations across multiple US jurisdictions • Coordinate with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies; prepare correspondence and meeting materials • Support credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment documentation as needed • Assist with subpoena responses and medical records requests • Maintain organized digital files, matter trackers, and shared workspaces (Google Drive, DocuSign, to-be-implemented Legal software) • Prepare summaries, status reports, and dashboards for legal leadership on a weekly cadence
• Exceptional communication skills • Proactive, self-organized working style • Exposure to US healthcare • Experience with US healthcare service providers, especially telehealth • Exposure to contracting with US health insurance companies • Experience with US healthcare regulations and government programs
