📋 Description

• Participate in practical training on financial products, advisory techniques, and sales processes • Prepare for the IHK examinations under Sections 34d, 34i, or 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) • Participate in regular feedback sessions and receive personal coaching • Observe or conduct initial customer consultations under guidance • Analyze customers’ financial situations • Develop tailored strategies for retirement planning, insurance, and wealth building • Build and expand your own customer base through marketing activities and proactive outreach • Independently plan consultation appointments and working hours • Provide advice in the office, from home, or at customers’ premises • Continue your professional development through specialist training, seminars, and digital learning formats

🎯 Requirements

• Motivation and willingness to learn • Enjoyment of interacting with people, both in person and by telephone • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a structured approach to work • Openness to changing careers • Initial knowledge of business administration, sales, or financial topics is an advantage but not required • Willingness to prepare for the IHK examinations under Sections 34d, 34i, or 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
