📋 Description
• Provide service to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents • Manage tickets of high complexity and provide resolution • Collaborate with junior team members and coach them • Troubleshoot and assess performance issues • Maintain environments and manage projects self-sufficiently
🎯 Requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise class infrastructure • Familiarity with NetApp FAS, EMC VNX, IBM StoreWize, HP, 3PAR, Azure Storage Account • Knowledge of backup technologies (NetBackup, Networker, AVAMAR, etc.) • Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT issues • Scripting and Automation with PowerShell and Python • Excellent oral and written communication skills
