📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between the business, technology, and stakeholders • Structure, prioritize, and refine product and project backlogs • Define and track roadmaps, goals, and metrics (OKRs/KPIs) • Implement and continuously improve project governance practices (PMO) • Ensure a consistent cadence of agile ceremonies and alignment across squads • Monitor project risks, timelines, scope, and budgets • Produce clear executive reports for senior leadership • Organize the project portfolio, prioritize demands, and maximize the value delivered to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a PMO, Product Owner, or in a similar senior-level role • Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and portfolio management • Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing work, and managing backlogs • Analytical ability to interpret data and metrics and support decision-making • Experience engaging with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Project Management are a plus • Experience in technology, digital products, or consulting environments is a plus • Previous experience establishing a PMO or leading agile transformation is a plus • Experience with OKRs and management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps is a plus
