📋 Description

• Guide clients toward strategic product decisions aligned with their organization and business goals • Translate between client business needs and technology solutions • Balance engineering, business strategy, and human relationships • Prioritize work effort and communicate priorities to the team • Monitor competitive landscapes, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, industry developments, and standards • Collaborate with development teams to architect solutions based on client needs and requirements • Ensure requirements are understood and implementation plans match expectations • Identify client business needs and growth opportunities • Advise clients on technology strategy, product planning, strategic roadmapping, and release planning • Develop, maintain, and refine a product backlog in Jira • Serve on scrum teams, represent business needs to developers, and ensure tickets are completed successfully • Surface product risks and identify tactics to address them • Guide and advise clients to move them forward • Educate and align development teams on client requirements • Serve as the client’s proxy with development teams during build cycles • Lead whiteboarding, concept, and prioritization exercises • Lead cross-functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Must agree with the Corporate Values Statement • Belief in the company’s mission to help people • Belief in the principles of open source • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • 3+ years of experience leading software applications and/or providing strategic advisory and account management services • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Design, Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior-level executives, R&D, product management, legal, finance, sales, and marketing experts • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex requirements or organizational problems clearly and concisely • Ability to propose solutions through complicated, matrixed decision paths • Professional use of technology backlog processes and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and Asana • Ability to lead whiteboarding, concept, and prioritization exercises • Ability to lead cross-functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution • PSPO or CSPO certification is nice to have
