⢠Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner in digital products ⢠Experience managing, defining, and prioritizing the backlog, considering business value and user needs ⢠Strong ability to elicit and translate business requirements for the development team ⢠Experience managing stakeholders and aligning business, Product, and Technology areas ⢠Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum ⢠Experience monitoring metrics, outcomes, and user feedback ⢠Collaborative team player ⢠Good communication skills and proactivity ⢠Sense of urgency and prioritization
