📋 Description
• Negotiate insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters. • Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments. • Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs. • Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow, including notice, tender, and cost-share agreements.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 10+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm. • Long tail claim • Complex Liability Practice • Risk Management Solutions • Direct history with mass tort and long-tail claims (Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Environmental/Pollution). • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
