📋 Description

• Develop and maintain SharePoint governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures • Define best practices for site lifecycle, document management, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, retention, and compliance • Design and implement scalable SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, libraries, lists, navigation, and information architecture • Translate business and operational requirements into technical SharePoint solutions • Advise stakeholders on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 best practices, capabilities, and limitations • Collaborate with business owners, architects, security teams, project teams, and end users • Create and maintain technical documentation, governance guidelines, and operating procedures • Support SharePoint projects, solution reviews, testing, validation, and adoption activities • Identify and address risks, dependencies, compliance issues, and opportunities for optimisation • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to administrators and site owners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 environments • Proven experience in developing and implementing SharePoint governance frameworks • Strong expertise in information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, and document management • SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Administration • Microsoft Teams integration • Permissions and security models • Records management and compliance • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Knowledge of enterprise content management and collaboration best practices • Experience working in large-scale digital workplace transformation programmes • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Viva • Experience with SharePoint migration projects • Experience working with enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
