📋 Description

• Identify, maintain, and validate requirements, helping translate client expectations into clear and concise user stories. • Develop an understanding of the business ecosystem, proposing process improvements and new features. • Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog. • Identify stakeholder needs through interviews, workshops, and observation. • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. • Create and maintain Functional Specifications and User Stories. • Assist with backlog definition and delivery expectation management. • Contribute to defining sprint objectives and user story acceptance criteria. • Develop and execute functional tests based on business requirements. • Support and lead the acceptance testing of solutions and deliverables with users and business managers. • Record and track identified nonconformities. • Support users in using products and in creating or updating product manuals and documentation. • Develop strategic solutions using Design Thinking and Lean Inception. • Understand and analyze BPM process mapping.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Experience gathering requirements and/or working as a Business Analyst. • Experience developing products using agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks. • Experience working with products and systems of high technical and regulatory complexity. • Experience with functional testing and system acceptance testing. • Knowledge of creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements. • Knowledge of UML. • Knowledge of prototyping. • Knowledge of SQL. • Knowledge of Markdown. • Experience using version control tools. • Knowledge of agile management and demand-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) processes and continuous software quality improvement. • CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) certification — preferred. • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification — preferred. • CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) certification or an equivalent software testing certification — preferred. • Knowledge of software testing techniques, including functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing — preferred. • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger — preferred. • Knowledge of test automation — preferred. • Experience with digital transformation projects and large-scale enterprise systems — preferred. • Agile-related certification will be considered an advantage.
