📋 Description

• Evaluate new solutions proposed by vendors through Proofs of Concept (POC), verifying compliance with security prerequisites • Participate in the deployment of approved solutions and hand them over to the teams responsible for ongoing support • Implement a Digital Certification Authority • Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Defender • Respond to and track support tickets related to security solutions • Perform email validation and appropriate remediation • Provide support for Check Point firewall, including assistance and rule reviews • Work with Proxy solutions • Work with SFTP for secure file transfers • Deploy and maintain antivirus solutions, providing support to the teams involved

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or another undergraduate degree plus postgraduate studies in IT • Experience with Microsoft cloud (e.g., Azure) • Experience deploying and supporting antivirus solutions • Experience with Microsoft Defender • Experience with Check Point firewall and rule review • Experience with Proxy solutions • Experience with SFTP • Experience in handling and tracking support tickets • Fluent technical English for opening and following up on tickets with Microsoft • ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification/training • Hold at least one of the following certifications: (ISC)² CISSP, (ISC)² CCFP, GIAC GCFE, EC-Council CEH, EC-Council ECSA, EC-Council CHFI, Carnegie Mellon CSIH, Offensive Security OSCP, or Offensive Security OSCE • Other certifications strongly related to Cybersecurity may be considered upon evaluation • Knowledge of cryptography • Networking knowledge for troubleshooting • Fluent English for interaction and support with international vendors
