📋 Description

• Work on application development using the OutSystems platform, with oversight and guidance from more experienced developers. • Implement low- and medium-complexity features according to defined requirements and standards. • Perform corrective and enhancement maintenance on existing systems. • Support the interpretation of functional requirements, understanding flows and business rules. • Help translate requirements into simple technical solutions that adhere to the OutSystems platform. • Participate in clarification meetings with business analysts and technical teams. • Support the development and consumption of integrations with REST and/or SOAP APIs, under guidance. • Assist in creating and maintaining data models, entities, and simple queries. • Ensure correct use and updating of information within applications. • Execute unit and functional tests to validate developed features. • Support user acceptance activities, bug fixes and adjustments identified by users and the QA team. • Follow quality, usability and platform best practices. • Assist in analyzing and resolving incidents and problems in development or test environments. • Support technical support activities for systems developed in OutSystems, under supervision. • Learn to interpret platform logs and error messages. • Work collaboratively with mid-level and senior developers, business analysts and other IT teams. • Adhere to development, versioning and documentation standards defined by the team. • Assist in preparing basic technical documentation for developed features. • Participate in training, upskilling and continuous improvement initiatives. • Progress technically to take on higher-complexity tasks over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Knowledge of the OutSystems platform (Reactive and/or Traditional Web). • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle: analysis, development, testing and deployment. • Knowledge of data modeling and fundamentals of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL). • Basic understanding of system integrations and consumption of REST and/or SOAP APIs. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript applied to building screens and interfaces. • Understanding of corrective and enhancement maintenance for applications. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). • OutSystems Associate Developer certification (or in progress). • Academic experience, internships or personal projects using OutSystems. • Basic knowledge of version control, environments (DEV, TEST, HOM/UAT) and deployment processes. • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and usability.
