📋 Description

• Actively develop software solutions, directly participating in the construction and maintenance of critical systems. • Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices, code reviews, and technical quality. • Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Make technical decisions aligned with company and product strategy. • Support the engineering team in the use of modern tools and practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability). • Work together with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Support the technical growth of the team through mentoring, sharing best practices, and solution reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead. • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. • Experience with relational databases. • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.). • Experience with Ionic or other hybrid mobile frameworks. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture. • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and observability practices. • Experience in B2C or SaaS environments. • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
