• Create end user demand for MRO products and services via the phone • Manage a new or existing territory and grow categorical sales • Increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization • Complete a high volume of outbound calls resulting in increased sales and customer engagement • Assist customers with finding solutions that help them achieve goals and added value • Possess great communication skills with adaptability to changing customer and business needs • Develop and manage your sales plan by setting goals and objectives • Demonstrate strong business acumen • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM Software • Work in a remote environment using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience • Prior sales experience with State, Local and Federal government; including Higher Education and K-12 preferred • Knowledge and competence in the major elements of inside sales including cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills • Excellent organization and time management skills are essential • Energetic and enthusiastic; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
