📋 Description

• Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence management, transfers, leavers • Preparing global HR documentation • Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary Platform • Benefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals • Assisting with payroll preparation • Carry out audits and checks on data changes • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers • Support with review and renewal of company policies • Communicate and liaise with GP partners/vendors • First point of contact for employees on HR inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of HR operations experience • Proficient in both written and verbal English • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude • Strong administration background • Literacy with MS Office • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA region • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proven work experience in similar human resources positions • Ability to work in an international team across different locations and cultures • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
